Ready to work with designers who get it? Join the growing family of programs who've discovered what it's like to work with partners who respect your vision, understand your students, and deliver exceptional design on time, every time. Let's talk about what we can create together.
Rock and pop shows are the ones the stands sing along to. The shows here are built on songs by Queen, Metallica, Tears for Fears, the Beatles, Kenny Loggins and Olivia Rodrigo, arranged for marching band by designers who write competitive shows for a living, so the energy comes with a structure judges reward.
Every show here is for sale as-is, as arrangements for a build-your-own show, or as the start of a partial custom show. Pricing is quoted per program.

Shows in this collection
Turn It Up!, written for Ola High School in 2021, is an 8:30 advanced show that runs Bohemian Rhapsody, Rock and Roll All Nite, We Built This City and Master of Puppets. Takeover, for Jones County in 2025, pairs Everybody Wants to Rule the World with Eleanor Rigby and Nicholas Britell's Agape. Fast Lane, for Valley Center, is a race-day show: Samuel Hazo's Go!, Drivers License and Danger Zone in 6:38. Make Some Noise opens with Tank! and closes on Dope and Blow It Up. Ride the Wave is a beginner surf show on Misirlou and Pipeline, and In The Key of Cool is an indoor winds show with Cory Wong's Golden.
How we arrange a pop song for the field
The hook has to arrive in the first eight counts and come back at the end. Between those, the arrangement goes places the recording does not: a half-time feel, a key change, a wind chorale version of the chorus. The ballads in these shows, Drivers License and Agape, are written so a band can play them softly and still fill a stadium.
Licensing pop music
Every pop and rock song in these shows needs a licence through Tresona, and some publishers take longer than others to answer. We tell you which songs are quick and which are slow before you commit, and we suggest alternatives if a licence is refused. The school pays the licensing fee; we handle the paperwork.
Buying a rock or pop show
Each show is for sale as written, as separate arrangements, or as the start of a partial custom show. Taking one pop ballad into an otherwise classical show is one of the most common requests we get. Pricing is quoted per program.
It depends on the publisher. We start the Tresona requests as soon as you choose a show and tell you which songs are likely to be slow.
Ride the Wave, written at grade 2 and running 5:48. Fast Lane and Takeover are grade 3.
Yes. Every arrangement is available on its own, and partial custom shows often mix one licensed pop ballad with original or public-domain movements.
No. When you buy a pre-written show, we keep it exclusive to you in your circuit for that season. Custom shows are always exclusive to your program.
