Yo Home to Bel-Air
Arrangement preview
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme by DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, arranged for marching band by Brighton Barrineau and Trevor Schachner, 1:32 at grade 1 to 2, written as the closer of Clinton High School's 2019 show for a small band. The beat goes to the battery and the bass line to the low brass; the vocal rhythm becomes a call-and-response between sections, which lets a young band play something that sounds hard and is not. It is a crowd closer: the stands recognise it in two bars and sing the rest. It closed a three-part 1980s show after Video Killed the Radio Star and The Way It Is, and it works as the last ninety seconds of any pop show. Audio of the full arrangement is on this page. Available on its own or in a build-your-own show; licensing goes through Tresona and is paid by the school.

Every arrangement here is available on its own. Combine it with arrangements from other shows, or add it to a show where we write a few new pieces for your band. Pricing depends on what you need, so we'll work it out together.
