City of Delusion
Arrangement preview
Muse's City of Delusion, arranged for marching band by Brighton Barrineau and Trevor Schachner, 2:53 at grade 3 to 4, written as the closer of Dorman High School's 2018 show for a large band. At nearly three minutes it is one of the longer closers in the catalog, and it uses the length: the song's flamenco-flavoured verse becomes a low-brass and battery groove, the chorus arrives in the full band, and the arrangement builds through the trumpet-led bridge to a final chorus at full volume. The Spanish colour makes it a natural partner for the tango material from the same season (Libertango, Redline Tango, Felino), but it also closes a rock show on its own. Audio of the full arrangement is on this page. Available on its own or in a build-your-own show; licensing goes through Tresona and is paid by the school.

Every arrangement here is available on its own. Combine it with arrangements from other shows, or add it to a show where we write a few new pieces for your band. Pricing depends on what you need, so we'll work it out together.
